Obscure Historic Signs
I often say on my tours that I can literally see history everywhere you turn when walking around downtown Savannah. You just need to be attentive. For example
there are seemingly obscure signs in places hundred of thousands of people walk
by every year, yet hardly any notice.
For example, in front of Coffee Fox (Tondee's Tavern,) or the Marshall House (Savannah's First Newspaper,) or a long a row of shops just south of Wright Square (the first burial ground.)
Just to point out a few.
